Sonic Riders wallpaper 'Blaze'

once again, playing around with wallpapers in photoshop.
this started off with me wanting to replicate the style of some of the sonic riders wallpapers that you see on google. this took on much more of my style than initially believed. i was lucky enough to find a pretty high-res PNG to use which saves me the effort of trying to non destructively up-scale and cut out the image.
earth is courtesy of google image search (yep, google even owns the earth now. it was only a matter of time).

many thanks to *fire-ice-n-lightning for letting me use their work. it may not be (and probably isn't) the best composed piece, but this is still essentially experimentation with the various techniques available with photoshop.
